VINTAGE 1966 LOWENBRAU OKTOBERFEST MUCHEN CERAMIC BEER STEIN:
This hard to find hard ORIGINAL "OKTOBERFEST" doe not have the name of the maker of it or any copyright
on evey the name of the country it is made in clearly labelled,
but based on the various markings (MUCHEN which is Munich in German), it can be determined
that this is a 100% West Germany Made ceramic Oktoberfest Beer Stein, and that this particular model
was from 1966 (see photos), and was for the "Officer's Mess" from a Military base (Most likely Canada and USA).
It is clearly labelled " Oktoberfest 1966 Mess, 4 Wing".
The stein is also labelled with the propper "0.5 l" for the half Litre "Pint" indicator line.
On the main front of the stein, it has a nice dark blue printed on "LOWENBRAU MUNCHEN" logo in fine detail.
Overall the is gently AGED and USED but remains in SUPER EXCELLENT CONDITION.
It is super clean with NO stains, and it has NO chips and NO Cracks!!!!
A wonderful old styled 45 year old specimen for OKTOBERFEST FANS OF ALL AGES.
